At Atlantic Link we are experienced in hosting webinars on behalf of our clients. With more than 8,000 travel professionals from Scandinavia and Finland in our database, we have the right network and we use the webinar platform as an effective, cheap and present way to make our clients stay connected to Scandinavian and Finnish travel agencies.

15 minutes with Sonoma County Tourism
This webinar was all about educating Scandinavian and Finnish leisure agents about Sonoma. And the premises were simple: Make it short, educational and personal. Our Sales Manager responsible for Sonoma County Tourism made sure the participants stayed up to date, showed them the diversity and answered their questions. All in 15 minutes.
A huge sales drive with Taj Hotels
For Taj Hotels, we did a series of 1-hour educational webinars in English, Danish and Swedish. Our Sales Manager for Taj Hotels hosted not less than 10 tailored webinars. In some of them, the participants were handpicked from a specific, major travel agency and the content was based on the agency’s profile. Other webinars had a broader audience. The mission was clear: Establish Taj Hotels as a well-known brand in the Nordic region.
Guest speaker at #CHTAlive
Because of our in-depth knowledge of the Scandinavian market, Atlantic Link was invited to be a guest speaker at a webinar hosted by Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association for Caribbean CVBs and hotels. Atlantic Link gave the 400 participants insights into what the Scandinavian market and consumer behaviour looks like after Covid-19 as well as the opportunities and potential in the market.
Covid-19 webinar: Back on track
As Atlantic Link is a well-known key player in the Scandinavian and Finnish travel industry, it was natural for us to use our voice during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. That is why we joined the Danish hospitality advisors Gottlieb & Co and Telling & Nesager to host a webinar for the Danish travel professionals in May 2020. Our CEO, Karin Gert Nielsen, shared her knowledge and perspective on how and when the tourism business will get back on track post Covid-19.
