The Moroccan National Tourist Office

OBJECTIVES

To support new air service and boost tourism from the Nordics to Morocco, the Moroccan National Tourist Office asked us to coordinate and facilitate a week long roadshow in Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki and Stockholm for travel trade and media.

SOLUTION

We established a buyer-seller platform to activate synergies between the Nordic outbound travel trade and suppliers from Morocco. We targeted four capitals: Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm. We invited the travel trade industry for a Moroccan inspired workshop, to meet one on one with 15 hotels and DMCs.

RESULTS

15 Moroccan partners met with 250 Nordic travel agents & tour operators. The Moroccan hotels and DMC’s reported receiving pertinent leads for potential future deals, and the Roadshow received a high satisfaction rate of 4,7 out of 5 from both exhibitors and guests.
