Fam trip to Qatar with The Board of The Association of Finnish Travel Industry (SMAL)

The 11 delegates met with the Finnish Ambassador in Qatar as well as industry leaders.

They enjoyed great hospitality at the Raffles and met with other hotels and attractions.

OBJECTIVES

The State of Qatar, is best known as a stopover destination due to the Qatar Airways hub in Doha. In Finland Finnair is flying for Qatar Airways to Doha and we want to increase awareness both on Finnair Doha flight as well as Qatar as a point 2 point destination.

SOLUTION

We invited the Board of Directors from SMAL (The Association of Finnish Travel Industry) on a 4 day trip to Qatar

The 11 Board members, met with industry leaders and the Finnish Ambassador to discuss opportunities & challenges for both Countries.

We organized a program to have them see the most exiting places in Doha and a desert trip.

RESULTS

The delegates got a very good impression of Qatar and all the opportunities there are for great offers and packages to their travelers.

They experienced the great hospitality and quality of hotels and services.
