Dubai Tourism partners up with Atlantic Link
Another exciting addition has been added to Atlantic Link’s growing client portfolio, as Dubai Tourism has chosen Karin Gert Nielsen’s team as their representative in Scandinavia and Finland. Moving forward, Atlantic Link will oversee the Sales, Marketing and PR efforts in the Nordic region on behalf of Dubai Tourism.
In recent years, the United Arab Emirates, which includes Dubai, has seen a significant increase in Scandinavian tourism. It was recently announced that the seven emirates welcomed 283,000 Scandinavians last year and they expect this number to grow to 300,000 arrivals in 2018 and possibly 500,000 already in 2020. Dubai has undoubtedly been one the main drivers in this development.
“Being appointed as Dubai Tourism’s representation office for Sales, Marketing and PR in the Nordic region is a proud accomplishment for Atlantic Link. After having witnessed the growth of their organization and the destination for several years, we are excited to build on the current momentum,” says Karin Gert Nielsen, Managing Director of Atlantic Link, which she founded in 2001.
“Our collaboration with Dubai Tourism is off to a great start and we are determined to further establish Dubai as one of the most popular long-haul destinations among Scandinavians. For years, Atlantic Link has specialized in establishing tourism partners among the leaders in Scandinavia and Finland, and we are excited to extend these services to the strong brand of Dubai Tourism.”
The partnership officially started on September 24th 2018. Atlantic Link also recently welcomed Norwegian Cruise Line and Walt Disney World Resort Orlando to their client portfolio.
