USA TRAVEL SHOW 2020 HIGHLIGHTS
FAM trips and press trips
In 2021 when borders began to reopen, we arranged several FAM and press trips and were able to welcome a delegation of Scandinavian tour operators to Qatar. Here, agents got a glimpse of the various experiences ranging from adventure to relaxation and cultural sites this destination has to offer. During fall, we welcomed travel agents from Netherlands to Northern Denmark showcasing the unique tourism product to be found at the top of Denmark. Finally, we had more than 15 Danish journalists visiting southern Sweden showing the divers travel experiences to be found in Halland, Blekinge, SKåne and Småland. More opportunities to similar and many other destinations will follow in 2022!
Kimpton hotels
Welcoming back Kimpton hotels among our valued clients, we are happy to share several new cities and destinations opening shiny, new and refurbished properties in updated looks, each uniquely crafted to reflect and reinvent their home city’s spark of Frankfurt, Ft.Lauderdale, Shanghai, Rotterdam, Mallorca, Hongkong, Sydney, Paris, and Atlanta. All hotels offer all the well-known perks such as complimentary daily Wine Hour and morning coffee for all guests, yoga mats in all rooms and bikes for rental.

Contact us for any group request you might have, and we will make sure you get the best rate available.
USVI Sales Mission
On October 21, US Virgin Islands became the first American destination delegation to personally welcome Danish travelers back to the United States since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Territory’s Commissioner of Tourism Joseph Boschulte and Assistant Commissioner, Marketing - Alani Henneman-Todman made the journey to meet with a range of Danish stakeholders such as tour operators and members of the media as part of the Department’s strategic goal to strengthen ties with the Scandinavian country. During their three-day visit to the capital city, the Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner also met with Acting Chief of Mission and Chargé d’Affaires Stuart Dwyer and his team in the U.S. Embassy to discuss the economic impact of Danish visitors to the Territory and ideas for strengthening the linkages between the two destinations.
Qatar Sales Mission
In November Qatar Tourism made their first ever Qatar delegation to Denmark and Sweden. Here, we had the pleasure of welcoming Craig Upshall, Tourism Marketing and Promotion Sector to Denmark and Sweden. During a three-day visit, Qatar Tourism met with tour operators and members of the media in Copenhagen and Stockholm. The mission also included meetings with key partners and stakeholders such as MSC Cruises, Qatar Embassy, and Qatar Airways in the market.
