Welcome back from hopefully a joyful summer – maybe you even spent it traveling and exploring new destinations again? At Atlantic Link we are back on full speed with new clients and initiatives for all our you to explore in this update.
We are happy to see that many destinations have put Scandinavia and Finland on their radar again and are ready to welcome back visitors! If not now, then in a very foreseeable future! For Atlantic Link, this means that many of our clients are reinvesting in PR, sales and marking efforts in Scandinavia and Finland and trust us with increasing visitation and awareness!
We have renewed our partnership with Visit South Sweden, Qatar Tourism, and Disneyland Paris. And we have also welcomed back Visit California, Yosemite & Mariposa County Tourism Board, U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism, Mammoth Lakes Tourism, Travel Oregon, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Bloomington CVB & Mall of America, and Dolomites Val Gardena, Italy. All of which we will do sales, PR, and marketing activities for in Scandinavia and Finland.
We are also proud to announce that Aalborg Airport and Billund Airport in Denmark have contracted with us to stimulate business to and from international markets to Denmark. Atlantic Link will work closely with the two airports on their 2021/2022 Re-Connected programs.

CEO, Atlantic Link | | | FAM and press trips to Qatar Qatar will soon be open for international visitors who are fully vaccinated. Atlantic Link does PR, sales, and marketing for Qatar Tourism, and we can’t wait to showcase this destination to travel agents and media from Scandinavia and Finland on FAM and press trips. | | FAM trips to Northern Denmark This fall Atlantic Link will also welcome travel agents and press on educational trips to Northern Denmark. Since 2018, we have organized a series of trips to this region for leisure, MICE, and incoming agents, to showcase the unique tourism product you’ll find at the top of Denmark. Explore previous projects here. | | Press trips to South Sweden On behalf of Visit South Sweden, we are arranging individual press trips for Danish media showing the diverse travel experiences you’ll find in Halland, Blekinge, Skåne and Småland. The press trips will take place in August, September, and October and there are still a few available opportunities. | | | FAM and press trips to U.S. Virgin Islands The U.S. Virgin Islands is back stronger than ever. The destination has used the past couple of years rebuilding and updating properties and experiences for visitors to explore! Atlantic Link is currently planning trips for travel agents and press to discover the updates first-hand. | | FAM and press trips to Taj Hotels The luxurious Taj Hotels has properties around the world. Atlantic Link is currently working on planning visits to the spectacular properties in the Maldives and Sri Lanka for travel agents and media from Scandinavia and Finland. | | Want to participate on a FAM or press trip? We are continuously working on individual and group trips, to give the travel trade and media the opportunity to experience the destinations and products we represent first-hand.
