Tivoli celebrates The 4th of July, all weekend long!

On Saturday, July 3rd and Sunday, July 4th Tivoli Gardens will celebrate the American Independence Day in true American style. Discover America Denmark is pleased to invite our members to join this special celebration at a special rate (using the password: usa2021).

About The 4th of July in Tivoli Gardens

Imagine being met by the delicious scent of an American BBQ - grilling all your favorite dishes. All while enjoying the site of beautiful veteran cars, when Roskilde American Car Club parks in the Gardens.

Saturday, July 3rd
Saturday afternoon you can jive to the sound of Gospel music & the festivities continue at 8pm, with a journey through the history of American big band, featuring Miriam Mandipira, Bobo Moreno and Tivoli's Big Band. Saturday evening, Tivoli will be lit up by a spectacular firework show as we say, ‘Goodnight & see you tomorrow!?’

Sunday, July 4th

Sunday July 4th, Rufus Gifford & TV journalist Miriam Zesler will entertain from the stage, while Miriam speaks with the ex-ambassador about the state of the United States and how the last years have impacted the big country we know, so well.

The afternoon offers an amazing open-air concert when Tivoli's own symphony orchestra delivers the famous Evergreens from Hollywood's golden age.

Sunday night Tivoli will feature ‘Palm Springs’ on the big screen. A true American comedy which will get the laughter muscles moving. The film is shown on the big screen in the center of the garden, and you are more than welcome bring a friend, or family member.

Sunday night concludes with a giant 4th of July fireworks display dedicated to the red, white, and blue colors, from the roof of the Tivoli Concert Hall.
